I lost 20-23lbs in 8weeks... BJJ 3-4x per week, 2hrs per time... (and tried to eat a little better, not completely different though).

ReplyDeleteYes, this discipline is really useful if we want to lose weight, but not only. With the help of some traditional kung fu Toronto training lessons, I've lost like 10 pounds, which is really great! :D I'm very satisfied of my results and I'm continuing with the classes!
